Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events and delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments.

Your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

To cancel, please call or text us at 07833 300255 from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 10.00 am and 10.00 pm.

If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call/text as soon as possible.

In the event of a cancellation, your 50% deposit will be deducted from the cost of your next treatment.

In the event of a "no show", where a client doesn't cancel and simply doesn't show up for an appointment, their 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Lateness Policy

We strive to meet our client's needs. However, please note that if you are late for an appointment, it may result in a reduced treatment and treatment time, especially at peak times. However, the full fee will still be due.
